Sanjay Kumar Gupta

Sanjay, a Fellow Chartered Accountant, founded Sanjay Satpal & Associates in 1993 and has led it for more than three decades. He built it into a five-partner practice in audit, taxation and due diligence. That includes some of the most demanding work in Indian tax: guiding clients through Income Tax search and seizure proceedings. Over those years he has earned the lasting trust of business families, family offices and institutional clients.

He has turned that judgement into an enterprise. Since the 2000s he has led the group's move into land, development and hospitality, taking more than twenty projects from land accumulation and licensing to finished assets across warehousing, commercial and hotels. Today he leads teams across the practice, construction and hospitality. He is also Designated Partner and Sponsor of two SEBI-registered AIFs, Seafund and SG Real Estate, where he oversees fund governance, compliance and reporting.

Agam Gupta

Agam studied Computer Science and Economics at Northwestern University in Chicago and began his career in the United States, building machine-learning systems at American Express, cloud services at Microsoft and technology strategy at Deloitte Consulting.

He has spent more than ten years in India's startup ecosystem from both sides of the table. As an operator, he founded and ran product teams for fintech lending and microfinance platforms and served on the board of a healthtech company. As an investor, he started the family's investments vertical in 2014 and today leads SSA Capital across direct investments, co-investments with leading family offices, and LP commitments. As Principal at Seafund, he built the fund's deep tech thesis, reviewed more than 2,000 startups and helped build a portfolio across spacetech, semiconductors, drones and climate tech.

Kushagra Gupta

Kushagra studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, one of the world's leading engineering schools. He then worked at US AI companies Tennr and Passionfruit, where he saw first-hand how AI products are built, shipped and adopted by real businesses.

He joined the group in 2024 to bring that thinking home. He brings AI and new technology into businesses that have run the traditional way for decades, across the practice, construction and hospitality, to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. He also leads new ventures and early-stage investments in AI. As an industrial engineer, he starts from the system: map the process, find the bottleneck, build the fix and measure the result.
